Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a GTM Business Process Manager to drive growth by designing, improving, and governing end-to-end GTM processes and system excellence. You will lead process discovery, design, and governance, partnering with Sales, Partner, IT, Enablement, Revenue Operations, Product, and Growth to instrument changes.

This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Director, GTM Process Strategy & Operations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent in work experience.
• 8+ years in GTM Strategy and Operations, Consulting, or equivalent.
• Experience with GTM processes, systems, and tools (Salesforce, GTM ecosystems, sales engagement platforms).
• Experience in process mapping and redesign using structured methodologies.
• Experience designing new processes and driving projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design GTM process architecture end-to-end.
• Establish standards and frameworks for process design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report on key projects.
• Map, analyze, and redesign GTM and sales flows to identify AI opportunities.
• Define business requirements and user stories for developers.
• Monitor and iterate on deployed processes with feedback and metrics.
