Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Director of People Success to lead the People Team in San Francisco. This onsite role focuses on GTM organizations, shaping HR strategy, performance, compensation, and retention while partnering with leaders across the business to enable growth and engagement.

You will guide career pathing, manage programs, and collaborate with Sales Ops to optimize incentive plans, all while advancing a diverse, inclusive culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as People Success/HRBP with a track record of positive outcomes.
• Experience partnering with GTM (sales, marketing, business development) functions.
• Experience supporting incentive compensation design for sales organizations.
• Experience supporting global employee groups and diverse teams.
• Ability to leverage data to drive insights on attrition, retention, and compensation.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and evolving fact sets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with People Team Leaders and Leadership to craft HR strategies and programs.
• Develop and implement programs driving positive change and impact.
• Guide managers on career pathing, leveling, and development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees on issues affecting work and growth.
• Collaborate across peer groups to meet business needs and sustain momentum.
• Oversee day-to-day HR policies, processes, and programs.
• Track organizational health metrics and drive value through surveys and analytics.
• Lead retention initiatives for GTM talent and stay interviews.
• Support annual and mid-year sales compensation planning and quota-setting chat.
• Partner with Sales Operations/Revenue Operations on compensation escalations and plan interpretation.
• Foster inclusive culture and employee well-being.
