Job summary

Crusoe Energy is seeking a Director of People Success to lead the People Team, focusing on organizational development, change management, and employee growth for the Digital Infrastructure Group (DIG). This onsite role in San Francisco emphasizes retention, engagement, and strategic HR initiatives.

You’ll partner with leaders to drive performance management, career progression, and people development across a fast-growing data center-focused organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a People Business Partner or similar role.
• Ability to travel about 30% of the time.
• Experience with software, data center, and DIG populations.
• Experience working with employees globally.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into organizational effectiveness, talent planning and development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with People Team Leaders and Leadership to create pragmatic HR strategies and programs.
• Develop and implement programs driving positive change and impact.
• Guide managers on career pathing and leveling, skill and professional development.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees to address issues affecting work and growth.
• Lead day-to-day HR policies, processes, and programs.
• Track organizational health indicators and drive improvements.
