Qualifications

• 10+ years of People Success/HR Business Partner experience.
• Ability to leverage data to drive actionable insights on attrition, retention, and compensation.
• Experience partnering with sales organizations on incentive compensation design and retention strategy.
• Experience working with GTM (sales, marketing, business development) teams.
• Consultation, investigations, guidance, policy development, and coaching to managers on sensitive employee issues.

• Lead the agenda of the People Team and form partnerships with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Drive organizational development, change management, and employee growth, mobility and engagement.
• Design and refine programs to enhance organizational functionality, retention, and performance across GTM.
