Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Partner Development Specialist for AWS Transform & Agentic Enterprise Modernization. You will own worldwide partner GTM strategy, aligning GSIs and Nimble SIs to build cloud-native, AI-ready architectures that unlock Bedrock and AgentCore at scale.

You will shape partner-enabled sales plays targeting CFOs/COOs, drive revenue and pipeline, and provide field feedback to influence the roadmap in a fast-paced, globally expanding GTM environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Go-To-Market, business development, sales or consulting.
• 5+ years of working with enterprise modernization and migration tech (mainframe, serverless, containers).
• Experience negotiating and executing business agreements with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Own worldwide partner GTM strategy for AWS Transform & Agentic Enterprise Modernization.
• Recruit, activate, and co-sell with GSIs, Nimble SIs and ISV partners to drive pipeline.
