Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Partner Development Specialist for AWS Transform & Agentic Enterprise Modernization. You will own the worldwide partner GTM strategy and drive partner-sourced pipeline with GSIs, Nimble SIs, and ISV-to-Delivery partners.

You will engage CFOs, COOs, and line-of-business leaders to frame modernization as a business outcome, shaping the AWS Transform roadmap and accelerating enterprise-scale adoption of Bedrock and AgentCore.

Qualifications

6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
5+ years of working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies, including, but not limited to, Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations experience
5+ years of responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) experience.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

Own the worldwide partner GTM strategy for AWS Transform and Agentic Enterprise Modernization — defining the partner commercial model, co-sell plays, and cross-functional operating rhythm across Sales, Partners, SA, ProServe, and Marketing.
Recruit, activate, and co-sell with GSIs, Nimble SIs, and ISV-to-Delivery partners — building joint value propositions and driving partner-sourced pipeline across multiple industries.
Position modernization as a business outcome — engaging CFO, COO, and Line-of-Business buyers around what matters in their industry (claims cycle time, fraud response, settlement speed, case resolution) and connecting legacy core extraction to Bedrock and AgentCore adoption.
Lead the "first in" motion into emerging segments — core banking decomposition, claims and policy modernization, benefits and case management, citizen/member services, and agentic AI in regulated industries — while negotiating the partner business agreements that scale revenue.
Own revenue, pipeline, and referenceable-outcome targets — delivering data-driven monthly business reviews and translating field signals back to shape the AWS Transform roadmap and partner investment strategy.
