Job summary

Eynvision, an Applied AI Product Studio, seeks a seasoned Business Development & GTM Lead to own outbound BD and drive a scalable GTM engine across international markets. You will define ICPs, craft messaging, and lead multi-channel campaigns using LinkedIn, email, referrals, and partnerships.

You’ll research prospects, qualify leads, manage the pipeline, and collaborate with founders on positioning, partnerships, and market expansion, while building repeatable processes and mentoring junior

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B business development, outbound sales, lead generation, or GTM.
• Strong practical experience with LinkedIn prospecting and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience building outbound processes and refining target ICPs.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage outbound BD strategy.
• Define ICPs, target industries, buyer personas, and segments.
• Build outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, referrals, partnerships.
• Research accounts and identify decision-makers for outreach.
• Qualify leads and convert conversations to meetings.
• Monitor metrics like reply rates and pipeline generated.
