Job summary

IM Digital is seeking a GTM Engineer, Senior Business Development Representative to drive enterprise pipeline using AI workflows and elite partner ecosystems. You will hunt, qualify, and originate high-stakes engagements with Retail, Manufacturing, and E-commerce brands.

You will own multi-channel outbound campaigns, craft compelling executive outreach, and ensure CRM hygiene in HubSpot while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in B2B enterprise sales development, specifically hunting six-figure digital transformation, SaaS, or professional services engagements.
• A documented track record of exceeding pipeline generation quotas in a pure outbound capacity.
• Mastery of modern CRM and intent platforms (HubSpot, 6sense, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of commanding a room (or a Zoom) with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-channel outbound campaigns targeting C-Suite and VP-level decision-makers.
• Apply MEDDPICC/BANT qualification on calls and maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships using partner data to target enterprise accounts.
• Design and execute hyper-personalized follow-up sequences to convert intent into executive briefings.
• Leverage AI-enabled insights and platforms to automate research and outreach.
