Job summary

Okta is seeking a Manager, GTM AI & Revenue Intelligence to design and scale AI-driven workflows and integrate Conversational Intelligence insights into the global GTM lifecycle. You will partner with the Field Process & Systems team to operationalize AI initiatives, validate pipeline health, automate handoffs, and enable data-backed decisions across the enterprise.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in GTM/Revenue Ops, deep CI and CRM experience (Gong, Clari, Salesforce), and a proven track record

Qualifications

• Experience shaping GTM processes and revenue workflows.
• Ability to translate CI/AI insights into revenue actions.
• Familiarity with CRM data and GTM tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale CI-driven GTM workflows within the Field Process & Systems program.
• Integrate CI insights into Salesforce and GTM lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate AI signals into operational decisions.
