Job summary

Axial, a NYC-based fintech company, is hiring for a Business Operations Associate/Senior Associate to advance go-to-market operations, data analysis, and process automation. You will collaborate with the VP of Operations and leadership to optimize GTM workflows and drive strategic initiatives.

You will work with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and other tools, while exploring AI-driven improvements. This role combines analytics with practical execution in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Business or GTM Operations, finance, consulting, or analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with Salesforce, GTM systems, or workflow automation is preferred.
• Analytical horsepower: structure ambiguous problems and translate into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• GTM Systems Enablement: strengthen go-to-market motions and data hygiene.
• Workflow Automation: build automations using tools like n8n, Zapier, Clay, Claude Code/Cowork.
• Reporting: build robust reporting across the member journey to inform decisions.
• Data Analysis: identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strategic Targeting and Campaign Operations: build targeted lists and support outreach messaging.
• Special Projects: own cross-functional initiatives and evaluate new tools.
