Job summary

A.Team is seeking a GTM Associate to embed with one of the world’s largest CPG accounts and accelerate its enterprise AI sales motion. You will partner with senior GTM leaders to move engagements faster, turning inputs into client-ready collateral and expanding into new buying centers.

Qualifications

• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools in how you already work — you should be able to show us, not tell us
• Excellent written communication; you'll produce client-facing material from week one
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environment
• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• The account's operating cadence: meeting prep, recaps, next steps, and stakeholder follow-through across every live workstream
• Sales collateral, end-to-end: decks, one-pagers, proposals, case studies
• Expansion intelligence: map account units, surface expansion openings, support outbound
• GTM operations: CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, engagement trackers, AI tooling to improve speed
• Product and account expertise: become fluent in our platform and client world
