Job summary

Fuel Cycle, headquartered in Los Angeles, seeks an AI Operations Associate to replace manual workflows with instrumented AI pipelines across GTM, Finance, and internal operations. You will own Salesforce, marketing automation, and data sources, and build AI-native workflows to enhance decision making.

The role starts with GTM and expands to Finance and beyond. Ideal candidates have track records in AI-enabled business solutions, hands-on MCP and prompt engineering, plus Python and SQL fluency.

Qualifications

• Track record of building and shipping AI solutions in a business context.
• Hands-on experience with agentic development and MCP workflows.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation; SQL for reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and ERP systems.
• Comfort with no/low-code prototyping tools (Zapier, Retool, Superblocks).
• Ability to design, prototype, and deploy AI-native workflows across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM operations tooling—Salesforce, marketing automation, and data sources.
• Design and ship AI-native workflows across revenue lifecycle: lead scoring, forecast, attribution.
• Build BI dashboards for real-time pipeline visibility and performance metrics.
• Deploy AI agents to automate daily workflows in Sales and Marketing.
• Collaborate with Finance on data, close cycle, forecasting, and budget rollups.
• Expand AI automation across HR, Legal, Customer Success, IT, and more.
