Hyperbolic Labs is building an Open-Access AI Cloud to democratize AI computing power. We’re a small, fast-moving GTM team centered on deals, quotes, CRM hygiene, and customer follow-up.

This role sits at the heart of the revenue engine with direct visibility into real contracts, customers, and the CEO. As our Sales Ops / Deal Desk teammate, you’ll own contract tracking, invoicing coordination, and CRM data quality, with two possible career paths: move into closing deals or help grow the

Qualifications

• Track contracts: status, signatures, updates, blockers
• Prepare quotes and order forms
• Fluency in HubSpot is preferred
• Own CRM data quality: deals, contacts, companies, stages, close dates
• Respond to customers and follow up until closed
• Monitor support issues and route to the right engineer
• Coordinate invoicing with finance
• Prepare for customer meetings
• 0–3 years of experience; strong new grads are in scope
• Follow-through: nothing sits for three days
• Fluent with AI tools
• Comfortable in a CRM
• Ask when you don't know; don't guess on contracts
