Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a GTM Operations Analyst to be the operational partner for Client Engagement Executives, handling sales-cycle components from account research to contract execution. You will manage calendars, travel, and communications to keep executives productive and ensure policy compliance.

The role requires 4+ years in related roles, strong CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot), and advanced English. This is 100% remote with competitive USD compensation and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in support or operational roles.
• Background in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Executive Assistance supporting sales leaders, Customer Support, Lead Intelligence or Account Research, PMO, or Account Management.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Calendar, Gmail, Drive, and Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Familiarity with Jira or other management tools.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Research and qualify target accounts and leads using tools such as Crunchbase and LinkedIn, preparing account insights and supporting outreach planning for each executive.
• Manage executives' calendars, meetings, and business travel end to end, prioritizing client-facing time and anticipating logistical needs.
• Own the commercial contract workflow, including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs, from request to signature, coordinating with Legal and Finance and tracking SLAs and escalations.
• Draft and manage communications on behalf of the sales team, choosing the right channel and keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Keep ERP/CRM records accurate and up to date, ensuring clean data for pipeline reporting and forecasting in coordination with Sales Operations.
