Niuro is hiring a senior GTM Operations Specialist for a U.S. B2B company. This role combines GTM operations, program management, and hands‑on systems administration across marketing, sales, partner, and leadership teams.

You will:

• Map GTM workflows, identify bottlenecks, and translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Configure Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, CRM, and marketing workflows.
• Build automations, integrations, reporting, and dashboards.
• Establish lightweight governance and maintain operational documentation.
• Lead rollouts, migrations, training, adoption, and cross-functional program delivery.

You bring:

• 6+ years in GTM operations, marketing operations, program management, or business operations.
• Advanced administration of Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• Hands‑on experience with workflow automation, systems integration, process optimization, and governance.
• The technical depth to configure tools directly and translate between business and engineering teams.
• C1 English and strong stakeholder management.

Nice to have: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Zapier, Make, n8n, scripting, ITIL or Atlassian certifications, and consulting experience.

Contract: full-time, remote in LATAM, aligned with U.S. working hours. Compensation: USD 3,500 to 4,000 per month.
