Job summary

SalesCaptain seeks a results-driven GTM Strategist to manage outbound strategy for international clients. This full-time remote role follows EU hours and focuses on crafting messaging, building prospecting workflows, and leveraging tools like Clay, LinkedIn, and HubSpot to drive growth.

You will collaborate with Campaign Managers, strategize new angles, and prepare client updates while scaling the Campaign Management team with clear best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Performance/B2B Marketing, GTM or Outbound.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot.
• Proven ability to craft high-performing cold emails and LinkedIn messages.
• Ability to build data-driven workflows and AI-assisted GTM processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategy and execution of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for international clients.
• Create and review messaging for outbound campaigns using AI, audience research, ICP analysis, and campaign performance insights.
• Build and improve prospecting and list-building workflows by combining multiple data sources.
• Leverage Clay for data scraping, AI, enrichment, and campaign orchestration to increase ROI.
• Evaluate campaign performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations to meet KPIs.
• Identify, evaluate, and test new campaign angles, niches, ICPs, and outreach strategies.
• Support Campaign Managers in preparing client updates, reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Communicate directly with clients for strategic discussions, performance reviews, and planning.
• Create internal processes, best practices, training materials, and quality standards.
