Job summary

Medisolv is seeking a GTM Operations Analyst to drive day-to-day HubSpot administration, data integrity, and reporting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Services. You’ll build dashboards, optimize lifecycle reporting, and maintain integrations with Gong, ZoomInfo, and Definitive.

You will partner with the GTM Operations Manager to improve pipeline visibility and performance, and advance toward broader Revenue Operations responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in marketing, sales, or revenue operations or CRM administration.
• Familiar with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
• Strong focus on data accuracy and reporting quality.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HubSpot administration across Sales, Marketing, and Service hubs.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene through deduplication, standardization, and quality checks.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports showing pipeline health and lifecycle metrics.
• Support campaign tracking, lead routing, and lifecycle process execution.
• Assist with GTM system integrations (HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, Definitive).
• Support quoting, contracting workflows and deal desk processes.
• Document GTM processes and provide end-user training across teams.
• Collaborate with the GTM Ops Manager on analytics and forecasting initiatives.
