Job summary

Vertex Education is seeking a GTM Operations Analyst to ensure CRM data hygiene, manage renewal workflows, and support reporting across marketing, sales, and partnerships. You will collaborate with regional leads and service lines to maintain clean, reliable data and streamline contracting processes.

The role emphasizes accuracy, process discipline, and the ability to work with HubSpot and other CRM tools, supporting the go-to-market engine and customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in GTM, sales, revenue, or customer success operations or administrative support.
• Experience with HubSpot (preferred) or another CRM; ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data quality, entry, and maintenance across contacts, companies, deals, renewals, and activities.
• Administer end-to-end renewal workflows in HubSpot, update pricing and scopes of work, and track contract cycles.
• Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for leadership and teams.
