Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Principal Customer Onboarding Manager to lead the most strategic onboarding programs for enterprise customers. You will own governance, cross-functional execution, risk management, and executive communications to ensure rapid value and long-term adoption.

You’ll mentor onboarding teams, drive delivery standards, and improve methodologies across complex deployments, collaborating with Product, CS, Sales, and Professional Services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex customer implementations, enterprise onboarding, program management, professional services, or customer success within a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, rapidly adapt and respond to customer requests and timeline changes.
• Highly collaborative, organized, and execution-oriented with strong presentation skills.
• Excellent project management skills with attention to detail, timelines and quality of work.
• Exceptional problem-solving and ability to adapt to project situations and provide solutions.
• Experience developing, installing, training, and/or supporting B2B solutions (ZoomInfo experience/certification preferred).
• Highly familiar with Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the overall project lead for ZoomInfo's most strategic and complex onboarding engagements.
• Develop comprehensive implementation plans with scope, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Drive execution across multiple concurrent enterprise onboarding programs.
• Facilitate governance meetings, executive status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Product, and Sales.
• Lead documentation, playbooks, and delivery frameworks to standardize onboarding.
