Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a GTM Onboarding Program Manager to design and scale end-to-end onboarding for Commercial, Mid-Enterprise, and Enterprise sales, SDRs, and later Sales Engineers and Customer Success. You will partner with GTM Enablement, Sales leadership, and Product Marketing to create role-based paths, certification, and readiness milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, onboarding, learning and development, or related fields.
• Experience owning multi-day onboarding programs end-to-end.
• Exceptional program management across multiple streams, stakeholders, vendors, timelines, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, able to engage with both new hires and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM onboarding and 90-day ramp.
• Design onboarding paths for Commercial, Min-Enterprise, and Enterprise; SDRs and beyond.
• Evolve the monthly GTM bootcamp curriculum, certifications, facilitation and logistics.
• Integrate pre-work, bootcamp, onboarding, and ramp into one cohesive experience.
• Establish clear objectives, readiness checkpoints, and success metrics for each audience.
• Provide managers with reinforcement plans, coaching resources, and visibility into learning outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Enablement, People, and SMEs to align onboarding with priorities.
• Create participant guides, learning materials, and repeatable onboarding playbooks.
• Measure onboarding effectiveness via certification, readiness, and time-to-productivity.
