Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a GTM Onboarding Program Manager to own and scale end-to-end onboarding and ramp for the GTM organization, including quota carriers across Commercial, Mid-Enterprise, and Enterprise. You will partner with enablement, sales leadership, product marketing, and RevOps to build scalable, role-based learning paths and certification programs.

Qualifications

5+ years in sales enablement, onboarding facilitation, learning and development, program management, or related field.
Experience owning recurring, multi-day onboarding or enablement programs from planning through execution.
Strong program management with multiple work streams, stakeholders, vendors, timelines, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end GTM onboarding and ramp from pre-boarding to first 90 days.
Design onboarding paths for Commercial, Mid-Enterprise, and Enterprise sellers and SDRs.
Evolve the monthly GTM bootcamp and manage the broader onboarding ecosystem.
