16-18+ years of experience in IT services, technology consulting, AI, data engineering, analytics, or digital transformation.
Proven success in revenue growth, pipeline development, winning strategic deals, and expanding technology services.
Strong executive presence with C-suite engagement and relationship building.
Experience leading GTM strategies and multi-geography teams across North America and beyond.
Ability to translate technology capabilities into measurable business value for clients.

Responsibilities

Define and execute GTM strategies for AI, Data Engineering, Insights & Analytics, and Digital Engineering services across North America.
Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, market penetration, and practice profitability.
Lead large, strategic deal pursuits including qualification, solution strategy, and commercial positioning.
Establish and nurture trusted relationships with C-suite executives and technology leaders.
Scale technology delivery across geographies, partnering with sales and delivery teams to ensure client success.
Strengthen market positioning through differentiated offerings and thought leadership.
