Brillio seeks a senior data engineering leader to grow its analytics practice across North America, delivering data-driven solutions for Fortune 1000 clients. You will drive delivery excellence, mentor large teams, and shape strategic offerings in Data & AI.

Ideal candidates have deep data engineering and analytics expertise, cloud fluency, and strong stakeholder engagement at executive levels. This role is based in California with global delivery responsibilities and a focus on client value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data engineering and analytics initiatives.
• Strong foundation in data science and AI technologies.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Proficient in BI/reporting tools and data management suites.
• Familiar with web analytics and experimentation tools.
• Solid statistical analysis and data visualization skills.
• Proficient in SQL, R, Python, and Java.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and expansion of data engineering and analytics practice in NA.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for Data and AI services.
• Build and manage large delivery and tech teams across global locations.
• Establish executive relationships and advocate customer success.
• Lead deal strategies and elevate messaging across channels.
• Direct delivery execution with hands-on leadership.
• Foster collaboration, innovation, and leadership development.
• Serve as market thought leader and elevate Brillio’s brand.
