Visionet Systems Inc. seeks an AI Technical Pre-Sales & GTM Leader to drive AI-led growth across our Data & AI business.

The role collaborates with customers, Sales, partners and Delivery to identify AI opportunities, architect differentiated solutions, and convert them into scalable enterprise engagements, leveraging Microsoft/Azure and Databricks foundations. The leader will shape AI GTM & Pipeline, guide model strategy, governance and production AI efforts across GenAI, LLMs/SLMs, RAG and

Qualifications

• 10+ years across AI, Data, Cloud, Architecture, Consulting or Technical Pre-Sales.
• Strong understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs/SLMs, RAG, ML and enterprise AI architecture.
• Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, security, model evaluation and production AI.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AI and modern Data & AI platforms; Databricks experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• AI GTM & Pipeline: Identify and shape AI opportunities across accounts through executive conversations, workshops and use-case prioritization.
• AI Solution Architecture: Lead technical solutioning across GenAI, LLMs/SLMs, RAG, multimodal AI and enterprise AI applications.
• Agentic AI: Design AI agents and multi-agent architectures, including orchestration, tool/API integration, memory/context and human-in-the-loop.
• Model Strategy: Guide model selection and architecture across commercial, open-source and specialized models.
• AI Governance & Responsible AI: Embed governance covering model risk, data privacy, security and guardrails.
• AI Evaluation & Observability: Define approaches for model/agent evaluation, monitoring, performance and cost.
• Data + AI Modernization: Connect AI opportunities with data engineering, lakehouse, governance and cloud modernization.
• Production AI: Architect PoC to MVP to Production to Scale, addressing LLMOps/MLOps, reliability and FinOps.
• AI Offerings & Accelerators: Develop repeatable offerings and reference architectures.
• Platform & Partner GTM: Drive joint AI solutions across Microsoft/Azure and Databricks.
