Job summary

Mistplay is seeking a GTM Lead for the DACH region to launch and run Germany’s growth engine across Android and iOS, with Austria and Switzerland in scope as the flywheel proves. You’ll own UA, product alignment, and advertiser relationships, working with cross-functional teams to expand into wider DACH as results justify the move.

Fluent German and strong analytics are essential as you manage the German market and leverage Mistplay’s growth playbook across platforms.

Qualifications

• Native German with strong German consumer understanding.
• Fluent English for the wider team.
• Experience running UA, rewards ops or loyalty programs in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Own Germany’s iOS launch readiness including UA and creative assets.
• Set audience priorities and payout thresholds for German UA.
• Drive product capacity from centralized teams and press for it.
• Analyze funnel performance and coordinate fixes with Product and agencies.
