Malt is seeking a senior enterprise sales leader for the DACH market. You will architect and own the zero-to-one strategy, penetrating global accounts and securing multi-country MSAs that establish Malt as the dominant platform in German-speaking markets.

You will navigate complex procurement, legal, and finance structures, drive MEDDIC-driven discovery, and orchestrate RFI/RFP processes to deliver ROI-focused, scalable deals with large enterprises.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in German and full professional fluency in English.
• 8+ years of hunting and closing complex, 7-figure B2B sales cycles in SaaS/Tech.
• Experience navigating long sales cycles and managing strategic concessions to close scalable deals.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the DACH enterprise acquisition strategy end-to-end.
• Navigate procurement, HR, and business units to secure MSAs across countries.
• Lead MEDDIC-driven discovery, RFI/RFPs, and negotiations with Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
