1KOMMA5 is seeking a Senior Go-to-Market Scaling Manager - Germany to optimise Heartbeat AI's market performance, pricing, and monetisation. You will drive positioning and monetisation strategies while coordinating with Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing to ensure strong market outcomes.

Based in the United States, you will report to the Go-to-Market Director and lead initiatives across the German market to maximize value and growth for Heartbeat AI.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance and monetisation of Heartbeat AI within the German market.
• Fine-tune pricing and packaging, identify value leakage, and drive changes to capture it.
• Introduce new positioning ideas for an already mature market and validate fresh angles.
• Develop deep understanding of unit economics to shape monetisation strategy across pricing, packaging, and product suite.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Sales to translate constraints into priorities and requirements.
• Track German market performance and convert underperformance into concrete actions.
• Maintain cross-functional influence across tech, sales, and marketing to keep initiatives moving.
• Report to the Go-to-Market Director and present performance updates with rationale for positioning or monetisation shifts.
