Job summary

HUD is seeking a GTM Engineer to own outbound growth, engaging ML engineers, AI researchers, and leaders at frontier labs and enterprises in San Francisco. You’ll craft technically resonant messaging and close deals at scale, building systems that talk the language of developers and researchers.

In this role you’ll design and run outbound workflows, leverage AI for efficiency, and collaborate with the founders to refine our GTM playbook as HUD scales.

Qualifications

• Proven GTM motion with measurable results.
• Strong track record of closing deals.
• CS or engineering background, or vibe-code on the side.
• Deep familiarity with GTM tooling.
• Excellent written communication for technical audiences.
• Early-stage startup experience; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound pipeline end-to-end: targeting, enrichment, outreach, follow-up, and meeting booking.
• Build GTM workflows: outbound emails, CRM automation, lead scoring, custom tooling, inbound qualification.
• Use AI tools to 10x output; automate workflows and build internal tools.
• Develop messaging that resonates with technical buyers (ML engineers, AI researchers, engineering leaders).
• Learn new prospect verticals and why HUD matters to them.
• Track pipeline metrics and optimize conversion at each stage.
• Collaborate with founders to refine GTM playbook as we scale.
