Job summary

Syniti is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner for a 12-month contract to design and deliver HR strategies supporting GTM functions. You will partner with GTM leadership and Delivery HRBPs to stabilize high-performing teams, align talent with business goals, and drive engagement and growth across the GTM organization.

You will advise on employee relations, talent development, succession planning, and workforce analytics, ensuring compliance with U.S. labor laws and scalable HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience; 3+ years directly as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience supporting GTM or customer-facing organizations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership with GTM leadership to develop and execute people strategies that enable growth.
• Partner with Delivery HRBPs to align workforce planning and execution across Sales commitments and Services readiness.
• Support the 2-in-a-box model by ensuring consistent HR partnership and alignment across GTM and Delivery.
• Lead performance management processes for GTM with accountability, coaching, and development.
