Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager to join the GTM Growth Strategy team to transform our go-to-market model and unlock revenue. You will partner with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to build models, perform analysis, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

The role requires 6+ years in strategy, strong data skills, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of strategy and transformation experience in GTM, Sales, Customer Success, or Professional Services at a top strategy firm or high-growth SaaS company.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred but not required.
• Strong strategic thinking and data analysis skills with experience modeling and analyzing complex datasets (Excel, SQL, Tableau.
• Demonstrated leadership with cross-functional teams and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for executive-level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM growth and optimization initiatives including current-state sales performance and market opportunities.
• Reimagine the entire GTM model in collaboration with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Develop business case models to quantify topline impacts of GTM initiatives.
• Create GTM frameworks for long-term growth across specialization, solutions, and acquisitions.
• Drive market expansion initiatives and align on plans with cross-functional teams.
• Build and deliver leadership presentations with actionable insights.
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder alignment and embed processes for operational excellence.
• Foster broad relationship-building across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Partners, Finance, Product, and IT.
