Factory is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Lead to be a founding member of the GTM Strategy & Operations team, embedded with APAC sales leadership. You will own segment performance, forecasting, and the design of territory coverage, quotas, and incentives to drive revenue growth.

You will build and refine dashboards, cadence routines, and planning processes with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Engineering, Finance, and Recruiting.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of professional experience in strategy, operations, or related high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build and defend numbers and models.
• Ownership mindset with initiative and accountability for outcomes.
• Bias for action with ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
• Comfort with ambiguity and change; ability to convert unclear problems into a clear plan.
• Advanced Excel or Sheets required; experience with Salesforce, SQL, and BI tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with sales leadership to define segment strategy and execution plans.
• Translate company goals into segment targets, plans, and KPIs.
• Own the forecast for segments and provide defensible leadership view of quarterly results.
• Lead analyses on pipeline health, capacity planning, segmentation, incentive design, and headcount impact.
• Build financial and operating models to evaluate GTM trade-offs.
