OpenGov is seeking a strategic Sr. Manager to join the GTM Finance & Strategy team. This high-visibility role owns financial strategy and business partnership for a critical GTM pillar, influencing OpenGov’s growth trajectory.

The position requires 6–10+ years in related fields, strong executive communication, and advanced financial modeling in a fast-growing SaaS environment. SF-based with emphasis on growth and impact.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6–10+ years in strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or high-growth SaaS.
• Strong written and verbal communication with experience influencing senior executives.

Mansioni

• Lead financial strategy for a key GTM segment and tie operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Forecast topline performance including bookings, capacity, retention, pipeline, and backlog by product/segment.
• Own ARR reporting infrastructure; coordinate CPQ data structure, hygiene, and deal guardrails; align with GAAP revenue dynamics.
• Own end-to-end P&L; forecast and manage GTM spend including headcount, T&E, and commissions.
• Develop and improve financial models, reporting infrastructure, and forecasting frameworks.
