Strativ Group is seeking a Lead GTM Finance Analyst to support Sales, BD, Marketing, and Customer Success. The hybrid role spans finance, data engineering, and operational strategy, focusing on end-to-end GTM cost structure and data governance.

You will own budget, headcount planning, spend analytics, and SOPs to move Finance toward proactive leadership. Strong SQL, cloud data platforms, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3–6 years in FP&A, GTM Finance, Sales Finance, RevOps, or similar analytic role.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and ETL concepts.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end GTM headcount and spend forecasting and capacity models.
• Provide visibility into GTM OpEx and identify cost drivers to optimize resources.
• Monitor actuals vs plan and drive accountability with cost center owners.
• Automate headcount reconciliations across HR, Finance, and GTM systems; define data architecture and KPIs.
• Build data pipelines and reporting tables for consistent cross-team metrics; dashboards in Databricks/Power BI.
