This remote role targets a hands-on senior manager to Director-level professional who will stand up the GTM finance function from the ground up and partner across Sales, RevOps, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; 8+ years of FP&A/Strategic/Commercial or GTM Finance with hands-on ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build the GTM finance function, models, and reporting from the ground up.
• Own top-line and ARR forecasting driven by bookings, pipeline, retention, churn, and expansion.
• Develop quota capacity models and sales compensation and commission plans with Sales and RevOps.
• Manage sales headcount planning and GTM spend.
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, and Marketing as the finance voice for GTM.
• Stand up forecasting, reporting, and business-partnering routines that scale with the company.
• Leverage AI tooling to build models and automate manual tasks.
