Job summary

Highway is hiring a GTM Engineering Manager to translate commercial priorities into practical technical solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience. You will design workflows, automate processes, and build AI-enabled tools that improve how our teams operate and make data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with the SVP, Sales and Business Systems to ensure reliable data, scalable architecture, and adoption across the organization. This is an onsite role in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years building technical solutions for commercial, operational, or go-to-market teams.
• Experience building workflows, automations, integrations, internal tools, or data-driven processes.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data transformation, webhooks, databases, or similar integration methods.
• Experience with CRM and go-to-market platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gong.
• Practical experience applying AI or language models to business workflows.
• Ability to translate an ambiguous business need into a clear, usable technical solution.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical choices to nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design automation workflows for account prioritization, lead and opportunity routing, follow-up, alerts, research, and task creation.
• Connect systems and data sources so useful information reaches the right person at the right time.
• Reduce manual data gathering and recurring work while building for adoption, reliability, and clear ownership after launch.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for research, summarization, classification, prioritization, and follow-up.
• Work with Business Systems early when solutions affect core platforms, data structures, or security.
• Partner with Sales Directors, Marketing, and Customer Experience to understand field needs and drive adoption.
