Checkr, Inc. is seeking a talented Go-To-Market (GTM) operations professional to build and maintain our martech ecosystem, automate data pipelines, and run marketing and revenue campaigns from initiation to nurture.

You will integrate CRM, email, and support tools, while ensuring data integrity and scalable processes. You will also craft attribution, dashboards, and revenue metrics, partnering with marketing, sales, and customer success.

Formación

• 3+ years in a GTM function (marketing, sales, RevOps, CS) with a background in B2B, B2G, or SaaS.
• Proven track record of building reliable systems, automations, and data pipelines.
• Proficiency with CRMs and martech tools (e.g., Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Metabase, Gong).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, low-code/no-code tools, and technical SEO/AEO.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on system design, growth metrics (CAC, LTV), and execution.
• An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and maintain our martech stack, CRM, email, and support integrations via APIs and webhooks.
• Implement AI workflows with strong human-in-the-loop oversight.
• Build attribution models and funnel dashboards to measure revenue impact.
• Manage email and social media execution, including email list health, compliance, and deliverability.
• Execute nurture and lead-generation campaigns alongside our marketing team.
• Partner on paid media and SEO/AEO initiatives.
