TraceRoot.AI in San Francisco is seeking an early GTM intern to own a PLG-driven growth pipeline. You will build the data machine behind our growth, instrument the funnel, and own signups from end-to-end.

This paid internship leads toward a Founding GTM Engineer role as you ship updates weekly with the team. You’ll work in person at least 3 days a week, wiring data, launching outreach, and running hackathons to prove impact with real numbers within days.

Qualifications

• You write real scripts in Python / TypeScript / SQL.

• You’ve built an outbound system or content that actually converted.
• You own outcomes, not tasks, with limited resources.
• You move fast and thrive in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own our PLG motion: instrument the funnel end-to-end and build dashboards as the source of truth.
• Build the outbound engine and automated personalized outreach.
• Grow visibility where developers hang out and improve SEO/GEO presence.
• Run developer marketing campaigns and measure signups.
• Turn wins into repeatable playbooks and automation.
