Job summary

Surface Labs is seeking a GTM Engineer Intern in San Francisco. This hybrid role focuses on building systems to drive revenue, utilizing skills in Python and TypeScript. Interns earn commissions based on qualified meetings and opportunities, with real OTE ranging from $120K to $220K/year. Post-internship, success can convert to a full-time position with a base salary between $100K to $160K and equity options. Remote work is also offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of coding experience, ideally in Python or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude or Cursor.
• Interest in growth strategies for B2B companies.

Responsibilities

• Build enrichment and outbound pipelines for target clients.
• Write scripts to scrape and qualify leads at scale.
• Create AI agents for personalized outbound messaging.
• Integrate GTM tools into automated workflows.
• Conduct live outbound experiments and track performance.
• Develop dashboards to monitor meetings and deals.
