Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a Go-To-Market Engineer to join a fast-growing team. This hybrid role blends sales engineering, growth, and automation to design outbound systems and scalable lead-gen pipelines while collaborating with revenue teams.

You'll work remotely with international teams, optimize campaigns, integrate tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, and help shape GTM strategies for multiple clients on the platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in GTM engineering, growth engineering, sales ops, or technical SDRs.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales and CRM systems.
• Hands-on with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay or similar.
• Familiar with automation tools (Zapier, Make) and scripting (JS/Python a plus).
• Analytical with data-driven mindset and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in remote/tech sales environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build outbound sales infrastructure including email automation and CRM workflows.
• Develop lead generation pipelines using Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce.
• Collaborate with SDRs and AEs to improve conversion rates.
• Design data-driven growth experiments across channels.
• Automate workflows via APIs, no-code/low-code tools, integrations.
• Analyze campaigns and provide actionable insights.
• Support CRM data quality and scalable data systems.
• Align GTM strategies with business objectives with marketing/revenue.
