Job summary

Edra is seeking its first GTM Engineer to design and run plays that generate qualified pipeline for enterprise SaaS. You will own the day-to-day execution and partner with AEs, BD, and GTM Ops to scale successful strategies.

Based in New York or London, you will build campaigns, automate sourcing and outreach, and continuously improve results while keeping the team aligned on goals and timeframes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, demand generation, GTM engineering, or a related role
• Built a pipeline generation program from the ground up with multi-channel campaigns
• Created and maintained systems that drive GTM productivity using APIs, webhooks, automation, and scripting
• Strong commercial judgment and writing for enterprise buying groups
• Deployed AI workflows in day-to-day GTM execution with measurable quality checks

Responsibilities

• Develop and test new plays based on customer conversations, accounts data, and market signals
• Build reusable systems for account sourcing, enrichment, prioritization, and outreach triggers
• Launch and run campaigns with messaging, sequences, and execution oversight
• Coordinate with sales to align on calls, introductions, and personalized outreach
• Track campaigns to opportunities and revenue, and document repeatable success
