Popmenu is hiring its first GTM Engineer to build the systems powering our go-to-market motion. You will own end-to-end design, from data sources to automated workflows, with latitude to decide what to build first.

You'll work across Sales, Marketing and CX, using Salesforce and Salesloft as primary systems, and you'll own data enrichment, routing, and AI-driven workflows that accelerate conversions while reducing manual toil.

Formación

• 5+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, growth or marketing operations, including time owning a function
• Self-directed by default. You can point to problems you identified yourself, decided were worth solving, and drove to completion
• Strong SQL and working Python or equivalent. You can connect two systems with no native integration
• AI in production. You have shipped AI-driven workflows that reach real customers, and you can explain your evals, guardrails and human-review step before anything goes out
• CRM architecture rather than administration. Salesforce or HubSpot, plus modern enrichment and orchestration tooling: Clay, n8n, Make or equivalent
• Commercial instinct, and a track record of shipping work with teams you do not manage

Responsabilidades

• Create a single source of truth for addressable restaurants and assign them to territory automatically
• Build an AI-native outbound engine to scale outreach to thousands of restaurants
• Develop infrastructure for volume: domain strategy, inbox rotation, sender reputation
• Automate repetitive tasks: list building, account research, call prep, routing and data entry
• Own end-to-end GTM tool architecture including monitoring, error handling and AI guardrails
