Popmenu is hiring its first GTM Engineer to build the systems powering our go-to-market motion. Youll design from the ground up with real latitude on what to build first, covering pipeline, targeting, and sales productivity.

Youll work across Sales, Marketing and CX, with Salesforce and Salesloft as the system of record, and you will shape the data, enrichment and automation architecture. Youll own end-to-end integration, monitor AI-generated outcomes, and drive measurable improvements in hours

Formación

• 5+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations or marketing operations.
• Strong SQL and Python; able to connect two systems with no native integration.
• CRM architecture experience with Salesforce or HubSpot and modern enrichment/orchestration tools.
• AI in production: shipped AI-driven workflows with guardrails and human-review steps.

Responsabilidades

• Own pipeline and targeting systems for all addressable restaurants in the US and UK.
• Build an AI-native outbound engine to convert cold restaurants to booked conversations.
• Develop infrastructure for volume: domain strategy, inbox rotation, sender reputation; speed to lead.
• Own architecture of GTM tool integration, data quality, monitoring and end-to-end ownership.
