Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is hiring a GTM Engineer to architect and scale revenue systems for a fast-growing Healthcare AI company in New York. You will build the GTM infrastructure, oversee outbound automation, and collaborate with leadership to define strategy and drive growth.

You will leverage AI, automation, and integrations across CRM, sales tech, and data pipelines to optimize pipeline quality, deliverability, and revenue operations at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM or Revenue Engineering in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Experience building outbound prospecting systems.
• Production experience with Clay.
• Strong understanding of CRM and sales operations workflows.
• Experience with APIs and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale GTM revenue systems and workflows.
• Develop AI-powered outreach and automation processes.
• Integrate revenue tech stack with CRM, sales intelligence, and marketing platforms.
• Build enrichment pipelines and scoring models to prioritise opportunities.
