Job summary

Ciridae seeks an executive outbound leader to build and run the outbound engine and the systems behind it. You’ll oversee sending infrastructure, list building, enrichment, campaign pipelines, and a new agent-based CRM integration.

You’ll report on positive replies, meetings booked, and pipeline sourced by outbound, while expanding in a growing B2B software environment in New York. You’ll bring 3+ years of scaling outbound for mid-market SaaS, a track record of building from zero, strong AI

Qualifications

• Three+ years running outbound or growth systems at B2B software companies between seed and ~$50M ARR, with at least one build from zero.
• Outbound campaigns that produced quality MQLs, meetings, and clear metrics.
• High AI fluency; production AI agent built and running.
• Experience building an AI-managed content generation engine.
• Ability to turn positioning and pains into outbound sequences and iterate on narratives.
• Experience with sending infrastructure: domains, warmup, list verification, deliverability.
• Experience managing vendors to deliver outcomes.
• Has an attribution dashboard used by sales.
• Robust A/B testing methodology at scale.
• Experience running pre-post live event campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the outbound engine and associated infrastructure.
• Put the go-to-market plan into operation and launch first campaigns.
• Measure campaigns and report impact on positive-reply rate, meetings, and pipeline.
• Consolidate contacts, deals, and history in a CRM and keep data clean.
• Establish end-to-end measurement with GA4, search Console, and conversion paths.
