As a GTM Engineer you will integrate sales, marketing, and engineering, owning the lifecycle from prototype to daily operation and measurable results. You will design and run AI-driven campaigns, connect GTM tools, and translate customer feedback into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered workflows for prospecting, research, outreach, and follow-up.
• Identify companies with needs and convert signals into qualified conversations.
• Develop and run targeted campaigns, optimize messaging and targeting.
• Connect GTM tools and customer data to improve lead qualification and handoffs.
• Collaborate with customers and teammates to translate feedback into action.
• Support success through onboarding and ongoing follow-up to drive adoption.
• Measure results, troubleshoot workflows, and improve acquisition.
