Job summary

Flam is hiring for a Senior GTM Engineer to enable a fast-moving team to reach and convert a large number of accounts. You will design data, automation and AI workflows that find buyers, personalise outreach at scale, and accelerate product experiences for prospects.

You will implement CRM architecture, ICP definitions, lead scoring and dashboards, while building demos and experiments across markets to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, growth engineering or technical sales/solutions roles.
• Hands-on experience applying LLMs and agents to real sales or marketing workflows.
• Strong CRM and data skills (SQL, data modelling, enrichment pipelines).
• Understanding of B2B enterprise sales cycles, ideally in AI, adtech or martech.
• Bias to ship: prototype in days, measure and iterate.
• Clear communicator who works well with sales leaders and founders.

Responsibilities

• Build outbound and inbound engines: prospecting, enrichment, scoring, routing and sequencing across tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft.
• Build AI-powered GTM workflows and agents for account research, personalised outreach, meeting prep, follow-up and CRM hygiene.
• Use Flam's own products in the funnel, for example personalised Flicks or Visual Agent experiences sent to target accounts as outreach, and prompt-generated demo Flams for prospects.
• Own GTM data: CRM architecture, ICP definition, lead and account scoring, attribution and dashboards.
• Build technical demos and proof-of-concepts with Sales using the Flam platform, its embeds, links and Flam Codes.
• Run experiments across segments and geographies (US first, then APAC and other markets) and report clear results.
• Automate pipeline, conversion and campaign reporting.
• Feed customer and market signals back to Product and Engineering.
