Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a GTM Enablement Trainer, Claude Products, to teach the global field organization how to use Claude and to position it credibly with customers. You will bridge technical and sales audiences, build enablement for new launches, and work with Product and Applied AI to shape surfaces that need enablement investment.

Qualifications

• Experience bridging sales and technical audiences in roles like solutions engineering or technical enablement.
• Hands-on use of AI assistants and agentic tools (e.g., Claude) in real workflows.
• Working technical knowledge of LLM products, prompting, tooling, APIs.
• Experience turning complex products into enablement content (demos, guides, curricula).
• Experience writing/presenting technical material for audiences with varying depth.

Responsibilities

• Own product enablement for the global field organization, including launches and roadmap.
• Create programs to make sellers expert users of Claude.
• Develop enablement that helps field position products to technical and business buyers; include demo readiness and objection handling.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Applied AI to gain early visibility into releases.
• Anticipate new surfaces needing enablement investment and advocate for it before launch.
• Build and maintain a certification path that accredits sellers on core products.
• Create high-quality enablement content including demo scripts, talks, guides, and competitive positioning.
• Establish feedback loops carrying field and customer signal to Product and Product Marketing.
