Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an engineer who teaches to enable the Claude Platform with demos, labs, and curriculum for field teams. You will join roadmap planning to ensure content is ready on launch day and help sales understand the platform capabilities.

You’ve shipped products to users and can turn complex platform features into practical, engaging enablement material while collaborating with product and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience writing production-quality code and demos.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs and agents beyond prompting.
• Experience delivering live technical training.
• Experience partnering with sales or GTM teams.

Responsibilities

• Turn launches into field-ready content: demos, labs, guides.
• Deliver training for onboarding and enablement programs.
• Coach technical sellers on demo delivery.
• Develop self-service resources and scalable tooling.
• Close the loop with product on field feedback.
• Measure content usage and effectiveness.
