Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a GTM Enablement Trainer, Claude Products, to teach our global field org how to use Claude and position it credibly with customers. You’ll enable field teams to be power users and to run credible technical conversations with buyers.

You’ll partner with Product and Applied AI, shape enablement investments, and craft certification paths. A strong mix of technical credibility and sales fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience bridging sales and technical audiences (solutions engineering, sales engineering, enablement, product marketing, or tech account management).
• Hands-on use of AI assistants and agentic tools in real-world workflows.
• Working knowledge of how LLM products operate (prompting, context, tools, APIs) for live demos.
• Experience turning complex technical products into enablement content such as scripts or guides.
• Experience writing and presenting technical material for audiences with varying depths.

Responsibilities

• Own product enablement for the global field organization, including new launches and roadmap alignment.
• Build programs that make sellers expert users of Claude in daily work.
• Create enablement to position products with technical and business buyers, including demos.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Applied AI for early visibility into shipping surfaces.
• Anticipate new surface needs and argue for enablement investment pre-launch.
• Develop and maintain a product certification path for core products.
• Create high-quality enablement content: demo scripts, talk tracks, guides, and competitive positioning.
• Establish feedback loops carrying field and customer signals back to Product/Marketing.
