Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to own the GTM strategy and integrated growth motion for Claude knowledge-work products, including chat, Cowork, and Claude for Office. You’ll define messaging, run campaigns, and coordinate across Demand Gen, Growth, Brand, Events, Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Success.

You’ll personally build and ship plans from day one with room to grow a team. The role focuses on turning product truth into content and campaigns that resonate with knowledge

Qualifications

• Experience creating marketing programs for functional personas (users/buyers).
• Strong collaboration across Demand Gen, Growth, Brand, Events, Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Success.
• Storytelling and flagship narrative content experience (executive series, customer stories).
• Proven leadership and ability to drive results in ambitious, high-velocity environments.
• Ability to operate autonomously as an individual contributor in year one.

Responsibilities

• Define Marketing and growth strategy by segment and plan priorities.
• Set content direction for Claude for Knowledge Work and flagship narratives.
• Turn activation into a flywheel inside enterprise accounts and drive lifecycle programs.
• Own flagship acquisition and activation campaigns and choose effective channels.
• Shape digital, social, and field motions and coordinate across teams to avoid duplication.
• Build and ship plans, campaigns, and content as an IC before growing a team.
• Report on awareness, growth metrics, revenue contribution, and efficiency.
